New Podcast Episode: Step Into the Ring - Where RBF Investing and Boxing Collide with Melissa Withers, Founder and Managing Partner of RevUp

Happy Tuesday, friends! Check out our latest episode, this one with one of my favorite RBF investors, Melissa Withers. She's the Founder and Managing Partner of RevUp Capital, and she's one of the most interesting and dynamic capital providers out there. If you know her, you know what I’m talking about. She is also one of the first RBF investors I talked to way back in 2017 when I was researching the model, and she has been very generous to me and other investors along the way.

Melissa is all about staying aligned with founders and giving them more control over their own destinies, which, as you know, I think is super important. She has made 150 investments and provides a unique value-add to her portfolio by providing them growth assistance.

Melissa also talks about how she started out as an entrepreneur, and how she developed a mindset of "if you want something, build it yourself." She's clearly passionate about giving entrepreneurs the tools and transparency they need to build their businesses the way they want.

Oh, and on a personal note, Melissa shares her experience getting into boxing lately and how it's been a game-changer for her. She says it's helped her both in and out of the ring.
